and Cleaning of Neutralisation pit in WTP" at Heavy Water Plant (Kota),Anushakti 323 303. Estimated cost Rs.12,60,000/-.Earnest money
Rs.25,200/-.Tender Document can be had,on production of proof of experience of similar work,from Dy.Controller of
Accounts,Heavy Water Plant (Kota),PO:Anushakti 323 303, Via:Kota (Rajasthan) on non-refundable payment of Rs.500/-in
cash.It can also be obtained by payment through demand draft drawn in favour of Dy.Controller of Accounts,payable at State
Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur,Rawatbhata branch only.(In order to get the tender document by post Rs.50/- is to be added as
postal charges).The earnest money of Rs.25,200/- is also to be deposited at the time of collecting the tender document by
way of a DD or a deposit-at-call receipt payable to Dy.Controller of Accounts.The tender documents shall be available from
05.11.2009 to 18.11.2009 between 1100 hrs. and 1600 hrs.on any working day.Tender shall be opened on 20.11.2009 at 1530
hrs.Tender document can be obtained/submitted either in person or by post.The request for purchase of tender document by
post,should be superscribed on envelop as "Purchase of Tender",Tender Notice No.& Name of Work.The request for purchase of
tender document shall be submitted well in advance for scrutinizing the request for issue of tender documents.Department
shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained.All tenders with
any conditions,including that of conditional rebate,shall be rejected.
