The tender document will be issued either in person or by post from the Office of P&AO, HWP (M) Aswapuram P.O - 507 116, A.P, to the eligible bidders (Between 10:00 Hrs to 15:00 Hrs on normal working days). To obtain the document by post the applicant must send the DD for an amount of Rs.600/- from any nationalised bank in favour of "P&AO, HWP (M), Aswapuram - 507 116, A.P payable at SBH, HWP (M) branch along with their tender request at least 10 working days in advance to the "Last date of receipt of tender request application".

The sealed tender shall be dropped in the tender box which will be kept in the Office of DGM (P), HWP (M) at "Works building" in Main Plant on or before 14:00 Hrs of 04/11/2009. (Beyond 14:00 Hrs tenders will not be accepted at any case) |
EMD and tender document should be placed in separate covers and both the covers are to be placed in a single cover and Envelope is to be super scribed with "Tender Number, Name of the work, Tender opening date & time."

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Contractors who had successfully completed (Along with the work completion certificates of respective work order(s) is mandatory) three similar works each not less than 40% of the estimated cost or 2 similar works each not less than 60% of the estimated cost or a single work costing at least 80% of the estimated cost during the past Seven Years ending on the last day of the month previous to the one in which the tenders are invited and possessing PAN, APVAT registration, Service Tax registration and a solvency certificate for 40% value of estimated cost may apply. |

Similar works” means works covering various fabrication works on (LTCS) Piping/Vessels/Tanks and must have infrastructure for Radiography, UT testing & Furnace/Provision of stress reliving of 28" NB dia spools having 2 Mtr long (Approx), skilled manpower etc., to take up the job. |
NOTE :-

The tender request shall accompany all the credentials as mentioned in "ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA" failing which the request will be summarily rejected. |
| 2. |
Due to the security reasons the bidder (or) their authorised representatives cannot be permitted inside the plant without prior permission. Those bidder(s) who want to enter inside the plant premises (For the purpose of work evaluation/to collect the tender document/to drop the tender quotation) must intimate the undersigned at least 2 working days in advance (to the date of visit) and obtain entry permission and they should complete the security checkup before entry as a statutory requirement. |

In HWP (M) all the postal communications are being handled by Central Despatch section, which is located at Administrative building of HWP (M), the internal dispatch of documents will take min. 2 working days. All are requested to send their documents accordingly. |

The tender inviting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof. LATE/DELAYED/Conditional tenders shall not be considered. INCOMPLETE TENDER REQUESTS ARE LIKELY TO BE REJECTED. |
By any reason if the date of tender opening becomes holiday, the immediate next working day will be the last date for tender receipt and opening keeping the timings same.
