| Eligibility Conditions : |

| 1. |
A. |
Contractor should have to fulfill the following criteria of satisfactory execution of works. |
| |
i) |
Three similar works,each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. |
| |
ii) |
Two similar works,each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost. |
| |
iii) |
One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost,all amounts rounded off to a convenient full
figure,in the last 7 years ending on the last day of the month previous to one in which the tenders are invited. |

Labour license (Applicable only when engaging more than 19 workers. |
| |
C. |
Solvency certificate for 75% value of tender cost from scheduled bank. |
| |
D. |
Tenderer should possess valid EPF Sub Code No.,IT PAN ,VAT Registration No.and same shall be mentioned in the request for tender document as well as in tender schedule. |

Tender document can be obtained in person or by post at an extra cost of Rs.100/- from Pay and Accounts Officers,HWP Manuguru during office hours on a written request on payment by cash/Demand Draft from State Bank of Hyderabad/payable at HWP Branch drawn in favour of Pay and Accounts Officer,HWP,Manuguru. |
