Sealed tenders are invited by General Manager, HWPK on behalf of the President of India up to 02.30PM on 27.11.2009 for the work of “Witnessing The Statutory Testing of Twenty Three Numbers of Safety Relief Valves As Per Smpv (U) Rule-18 And One Number of Liquid Nitrogen Storage Tank As Per Smpv (U) Rule-19 at Hwpk Site. Estimated cost Rs. 47,500/- and Earnest money Rs. 950/-. Tender document can be obtained on production and submission of a copy of registration with Department of Explosives as authorized agency for certifying under rule no.18 & 19 of SMPV (U) rules, 1981, proof of similar works and income tax clearance certificate, from Dy. Controller of Accounts on payment of Rs. 150/- (non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft or Rs.200/- through demand draft for getting the document by post, drawn in favour of Dy. Controller of Accounts payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatibhata branch only from 30.10.2009 to 26.11.2009 between 10:00AM to 4:00PM on any working day and superscribed the envelop as “Purchase of Tender”, Tender Notice no. and Name of Work. Tender shall be opened on 27.11.2009 at 3.30PM. Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained.
