"Fabrication and supply of SS Grids for Cooling Tower at HWP (Kota)"

at Heavy Water Plant (Kota) site, Anushakti 323 303. Estimated cost Rs. 8,55,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs Fifty Five thousand only). Earnest money for the job is Rs. 17,100/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand One Hundred only). Tender Document can be had on production of proof of experience of similar works during the last three years, the aggregate value of which shall not be less than Rs. 8,55,500/- (the tendered amount) & at least one such work should be of value not less than Rs 2,85,000/- from Dy. Controller of Accounts, Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO: Anushakti 323 303, Via: Kota (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs.550/- including postal charges) drawn in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatbhata branch only, from 21.07.2010 to 03.08.2010 between 11.00 AM and 04.00 PM on any working day. Tender shall be opened on 05.08.2010 at 03.30 PM. Tender document can be obtained / submitted either in person or by post. The request for purchase of tender document by post, should be superscripted on envelop as "Purchase of Tender", Tender Notice No. & Name of Work. The request for purchase of tender document shall be submitted well in advance upto 02.08.2010 to scrutinising the request for issue of tender document. Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. All tender with any condition including that of conditional rebate shall be rejected.
