electrical contractor having similar work experience in central/state Govt./PSU for the work of "Electrical Works for Dynamic
SX Test Set-up of Hemihydrate Acid at HWP(T)."

Eligibility criteria for issue of tender document are (a) The experience of having successfully completed within comparable
completion time 3 similar works each costing not less than Rs.3,62,000/- OR Two similar works each costing not less than
Rs.5,43,000/- OR one similar work costing not less than Rs.7,24,000/-, during the last five years (b) Average annual
financial turn over of at least Rs.2,71,500/- during last three completed financial years (c) Solvency of amount equal to
Rs.3,62,000/- (d) Registration for CST/VAT (TIN No) (e) Service Tax Registration code (STC No). (f) Valid type test
certificate on similar configuration from standard testing facility.
Similar works for this tender shall mean "Electrical Works installation,cabling and inter-connections of various
motors,pumps,agitators,electrical fittings,exhaust fan, MCC panel,VFD panel.Provision of earth pits etc".
Application in sealed envelope super scribing the Tender Notice Number & Name of the work may be addressed to Sr.Accounts
Officer (Sr.AO),HWP Tuticorin,HWP Colony,Dist.Tuticorin,Tamilnadu - 628 007 for issue of Tender document accompanied by
documentary proof in support of eligibility criteria duly certified in the body of application and copy of newspaper cutting
containing the NIT.Tender documents shall be issued to the eligible contractors,after due scrutiny at a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) + Rs.300/- for postage charges,per set (non-refundable) on any working day between 1030 hrs. to
1130 hrs.& 1430 hrs.to 1530 hrs.from 22.05.09 to 08.06.09. Incomplete applications or applications without requisite
enclosures are liable to be rejected.
Completed tenders along with the EMD in shape of DD drawn in favour of Sr.Accounts Officer,HWP,Tuticorin,payable at State
Bank of India, SPIC Nagar Branch (Code No.3143) shall be received upto 1430 hrs. of 11.06.09 and shall be opened on the same
day at 1500 hrs in presence of such intending tenderers who wish to be present.Tenders received without EMD are liable to be
rejected. In case of closure of office,due to any reason,on the last date of receipt of applicable for issue of Tender
document or due date of tender submission/opening,the dates stipulated in the notice would stand postponed to respective next

of tender and/or completed tenders submitted,without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
