both the covers are to be placed in a Single cover.Outer envelope is
to be Super scribed by Name of Work and NIT number and full postal
address of the contractor. |

| Collection of Tender documents and submission of sealed quotations can be either in person or by Post. Officer inviting the
tenders reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reasons thereof. All the payments
of EMD,Security Deposit, Performance Guarantee etc shall be made in the form of Crossed DD/BC drawn in favour of Pay &
Accounts Officer, Heavy Water Plant (Manuguru), payable at State Bank of Hyderabad,HWPM Site Branch. |
Tender Requisition letters must be accompanied with following documents :
1. Firm's Registration.
2. Labour License.
3. Current Work Order copes at HWP(M).
4. List of Labour being maintained at HWP(M) as on date. |
Pre-qualifications for the Tenderers:
1. Non CPWD registered contractors shall have to fulfill the criteria of satisfactory execution of works as given below:
i) Three similar works,each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to Tender,or
ii) Two similar works,each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to Tender,or
iii) One similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost,all amounts rounded off to a convenient full figure,in
the last 7 years ending on the last day of the month previous to the one in which the tenders are invited. |
| Time shall be essence of this Contract. Delay in any manner shall not be entertained in execution of released Work Front.In
case of delay,compensation as envisaged in General Terms and Conditions of the Contract as applicable to HWPs read with
Clause-3 which indicates incidence of Recession of Contract,Charges etc,will be levied. Late/delayed/conditional/Unsigned
quotations shall not be considered.IN COMPLETE TENDERS ARE LIKELY TO BE REJECTED. |
