Sealed tenders are invited by General Manager, HWP (Kota), Anushakti - 323 303 on behalf of the President of India upto 02.30 PM on 04.08.2010 for the work of "Supply, fabrication and erection of 2" NB PPGL pipe for acid tanks & 6" NB HDPE Heavy duty piping for Neutralising pit in WTP at HWP (K) Plant Site." Estimated cost of work is Rs. 1,75,500/-. Earnest money for the job is Rs. 3510/-. Tender Document can be had on production of proof of experience of similar works during the last three years, the aggregate value of which shall not be less than Rs. 1,75,500/- (the tendered amount) & at least one such work should be of value not less than Rs 58,500/- from Dy. Controller of Accounts, Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO: Anushakti 323 303, Via: Kota (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs.550/- including postal charges) drawn in favour of Dy. Controller of Accounts payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatbhata branch only, from 22.07.2010 to 02.08.2010 between 11.00 AM and 04.00 PM on any working day. Tender shall be opened on 04.08.2010 at 03.00 PM. Tender document can be obtained / submitted either in person or by post. The request for purchase of tender document by post, should be superscripted on envelop as "Purchase of Tender", Tender Notice No. & Name of Work. The request for purchase of tender document shall be submitted well in advance latest by 31.07.2010 up to 15.00 Hrs to scrutinise the request for issue of tender document. Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. The rates shall be quoted inclusive of all taxes and surcharge thereon. Department will not issue form C/D against the above tender. All tender with any condition including that of conditional rebate & with request for issue of form C/D shall be rejected. Incomplete tenders shall be rejected and the department shall entertain no claim in this respect.
