Tender documents consisting of terms and conditions and other details of transport contract etc, to be complied with by the firm whose tender may be accepted, can be obtained on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) in cash & Rs.100/- (Rupees Hundred Only) extra towards Postal charges in case of request of tender form by post (non-refundable) per set by sending a demand draft of Rs. 600/- (Rupees Six Hundred Only) payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatbhata branch from the Office of Deputy Controller of Accounts, Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO:Anushakti-323 303 (Via) Kota, Rajasthan on any working day between 1100 hrs to 1500 hrs. from 10.07.2010 to 15.07.2010 (1500 hrs.). |

Tender documents should be placed in sealed envelope indicating clearly the Tender Notice number on the envelopes and will be received and opened as per the time and date mentioned at para 2 above by the General Manager or his authorized representative at Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO:Anushakti, Via-Kota, in the presence of such tenderers or their representative who may be present. |

| 05. |
Earnest Money Deposit amounting to Rs.12,000/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Only) shall be payable in the name of Deputy Controller of accounts, Heavy Water Plant (Kota), payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatbhata Branch. The tender not accompanied by the Earnest Money will be summarily rejected. |

| 06. |
Tenders for works shall remain valid for a period of one hundred & twenty (120) days from the date of opening of tender. The tenderer shall not be entitled during the said period of validity, to revoke or cancel his bid or vary/modify the bid given or any item thereof. In case of any tenderer revoking or canceling his bid, varying any terms in regards thereof, the full amount of Earnest Money Deposit shall be forfeited by HWP(K). |

| 07. |
The acceptance of the tender will rest with the General Manager, HWP (K), who does not bind himself to accept the lowest tender and he reserves himself the authority to reject any or all the tenders received without assigning any reason whatsoever. |
