PM on 12.11.2009 for the work of "In situ Metallographic testing (Replica work) & hardness measurement at selected manhole
coves of towers, tanks & selected pipe lines during ATA-2009 at Heavy Water Plant (Kota)", Anushakti 323 303. Estimated cost
of work is Rs.72,900/-. Earnest money Rs.1,458/-.Tender Document can be had on production of proof of experience of similar
works during the last three years,the aggregate value of which shall not be less than Rs.72,900/- (the tendered amount) &
at least one such work should be of value not less than Rs.24,300/- and Income Tax clearance Certificate; from
Dy.Controller of Accounts,Heavy Water Plant (Kota),PO:Anushakti 323 303,Via:Kota (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs.150/- (non-
refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs.200/- including postal charges) drawn in favour of Dy.Controller of
Accounts payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur,Rawatbhata branch only from 12/10/2009 to 09/11/2009 between 11.00 AM
and 04.00 PM on any working day.Tender shall be opened on 12/11/2009 at 03.30 PM.Tender document can be obtained/submitted
either in person or by post.The request for purchase of tender document by post, should be superscripted on envelop as
"Purchase of Tender",Tender Notice No.& Name of Work.The request for purchase of tender document by post shall be
submitted well in advance latest by 08.11.2009 up to 15.00 Hrs to scrutinise the request for issue of tender
document.Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be
entertained.The rates shall be quoted inclusive of all taxes and surcharge thereon.Department will not issue form C/D
against the above tender.All tender with any condition including that of conditional rebate & with request for issue of
form C/D shall be rejected.Incomplete tenders shall be rejected and the department shall entertain no claim in this
respect.
