Sealed tenders are invited by General Manager, HWP(K), on behalf of the President of India up to 1430 hrs. on tender due date as follows for the work mentioned below:

Tender document can be had on production of proof of experience of similar works, (the aggregate value of work done during the last three years shall not be less than the estimated cost & at least one such work should be of value not less than one third of the estimated cost) from Dy. Controller of Accounts, Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO: Anushakti 323 303, Via: Kota (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs.550/- including postal charges) for each tender drawn in favour of Dy.Controller of Accounts payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatbhata branch only, from 10.30 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. on any working day during the period for sale of tender. Tender shall be received upto 14.30 hrs and opened at 15.00 hrs on due date mentioned above. Tender document can be obtained/ submitted either in person or by post. The request for purchase of tender document by post, should be super scribed on envelope as "For Purchase of Tender, Tender Notice No. & Name of Work". Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. The request for purchase of tender document shall be submitted well in advance for scrutinizing the request for issue of tender document. Tender documents not accompanying with Earnest Money Deposit will be summarily rejected. The General Manager does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any tender or to assign any reason thereof.
