Controller of Accounts, Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO: Anushakti 323 303, Via: Kota (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs.550/- including postal charges) drawn in favour of Dy. Controller of Accounts payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatbhata branch only, from 02.04.2009 to 18.04.2009 between 11.00 AM and 04.00 PM on any working day. Tenderer shall submit copy of Pan No and service tax registration along with the request for purchase of tender document. Tender shall be opened on 21.04.2009 at 03.30 PM. Tender document can be obtained / submitted either in person or by post. The request for purchase of tender document shall be submitted well in advance up to 16.04.2009 to scrutinizing the request for issue of tender document. Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. All tender with any condition including conditional rebate shall be rejected.
