through demand draft (Rs.550/- including postal charges,if required by post) drawn in favour of "Deputy Controller of Accounts,Heavy Water Plant (Kota)",payable at Rawatbhata,from 16-11-2009 to 23-11-2009 between 11.00 AM and 04.00 PM on any working day. Tender shall be opened on 25.11.2009 at 03.30 P.M. Tender document can be obtained/submitted either in person or by post.The request for purchase of tender document by
post, should be superscribed on envelop as "Purchase of Tender",Tender Notice No.& Name of Work. Department
shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. All tenders with
any conditions including that of conditional rebate shall be rejected.
