Estimated cost of work is Rs. 6,23,700/-. Earnest money Rs. 12,474/-. Tender Document can be had on production of proof of experience of similar works during the last three years, the aggregate value of which shall not be less than Rs. 6,23,700/- (the tendered amount) & at least one such work should be of value not less than Rs. 2,07,900/- and Income Tax clearance Certificate; from Pay & Accounts Officer, Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO: Anushakti 323 303, Via: Kota (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs. 550/- including postal charges) drawn in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatbhata branch only, from 23.11.2010 to 14.12.2010 between 11.00 AM and 04.00 PM on any working day. Tender shall be opened on 16.12.2010 at 3.30 PM. Tender document can be obtained / submitted either in person or by post. The request for purchase of tender document by post, should be superscripted on envelop as "Purchase of Tender", Tender Notice No. & Name of Work. The request for purchase of tender document shall be submitted well in advance latest by 13.12.2010 upto 15.00 Hrs to scrutinize the request for issue of tender document. Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. The rates shall be quoted inclusive of all taxes and surcharge thereon. Department will not issue form C/D against the above tender. All tender with any condition including that of conditional rebate & with request for issue of form C/D shall be rejected. Incomplete tenders shall be rejected. Incomplete tenders shall be rejected and the department shall entertain no claim in this respect.
