| Sealed tender are invited by General Manager, HWP (Kota), Anushakti - 323 303 on behalf of the President of India up to 02.30 PM on 31/07/2009 for the work of "Ultrasonic Flaw Detection (UFD) & Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT) of weld joints of equipments & piping covered under In Service Inspection jobs at HWPK site during Annual Turn Around-2009" at Heavy Water Plant (Kota), Anushakti 323 303. Estimated cost Rs. 10,82,00/- (Rupees Ten lakhs eighty two thousand only). Earnest money Rs 21,640/- (Rupees Twenty one thousand six hundred & Forty only). Tender Document can be had on production of proof of experience of similar works during the last three years, the aggregate value of which shall not be less than Rs.10,82,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs eighty two thousand) & at least one such work should be of value not less than Rs.3,60,600/- (Three lakhs sixty thousand & six hundred) from Dy. Controller of Accounts, Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO: Anushakti 323 303, Via: Kota (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs.550/- including postal charges) drawn in favour of Dy. Controller of Accounts payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatbhata branch only, from 07/07/2009 to 27/07/2009 between 1100 hrs and 1600 on any working day. Tender shall be opened on 3.30 PM on 31/07/2009. Tender document can be obtained / submitted either in person or by post. The request for purchase of tender document by post, should be superscripted on envelop as "Purchase of Tender". Tender Notice No. & Name of Work. The eligibility criteria for issue of tender document includes that bidders must have minimum 4 nos. of Krautkramer/Karl Deutch make Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors ,4 UT Level II (ISNT/ASNT) qualified personnel having hands on experience of working with Krautkramer/Karl Deutch make Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors, 4 UT Level II (ISNT/ASNT) and 1 UT Level III (ISNT/ASNT) qualified personnel for evaluation of the observations.The request for purchase of tender must be accompanied by documentary proof satisfying the eligibility criteria, failing which the tender document shall not be issued. The request for purchase of tender document shall be submitted well in advance for scrutinising the request for issue of tender documents. Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entereained. Tenders with any condition including that of conditional rebate shall be rejected.
