Sealed tenders are invited by General Manager,HWP (Kota),Anushakti-323 303 on behalf of the President of India upto 02.30 PM on 19.09.2009 for the work of "Separation of De-aerator & storage tanks weighing approx 8 MT & 20 MT respectively,lowering from 11.5 meter high Steam Generation Plant to ground floor by Derrick/crane; their shifting and erection on new foundation at ground floor with help of crane & trailer including Fabrication,welding & erection of pipelines from new location of tanks to 31 V1 & 32 V1 at HWPK site at Heavy Water Plant (Kota) site,Anushakti 323 303." Estimated cost of work is Rs.14,91,390/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakh Ninety One Thousand Three Hundred Ninety only). Earnest money for the job is Rs.29,828/-.Tender Document can be had on production of proof of experience of similar works during the last three years,the aggregate value of which shall not be less than Rs.14,91,390/- (the tendered amount) & at least one such work should be of value not less than Rs.5,00,000/- from Dy.Controller of Accounts,Heavy Water Plant (Kota),PO: Anushakti 323 303,Via:Kota (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs.500/-(non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs.550/-including postal charges) drawn in favour of Dy.Controller of Accounts payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur,Rawatbhata branch only,from 03.09.2009 to 17.09.2009 between 11.00 AM and 04.00 PM on any working day.Tenderer shall submit copy of Pan No and service tax registration along with the request for purchase of tender document.Tender shall be opened on 19.09.2009 at 03.30 PM.Tender document can be obtained/submitted either in person or by post.The request for purchase of tender document by post,should be superscripted on envelop as "Purchase of Tender",Tender Notice No.& Name of Work.The request for purchase of tender document shall be submitted well in advance upto 16.09.2009 to scrutinizing the request for issue of tender document.Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. All tender with any condition including that of conditional rebate shall be rejected.
