through demand draft (Rs.550/- including postal charges,if required by post) drawn in favour of "Deputy Controller of Accounts,Heavy Water Plant (Kota)",payable at Rawatbhata,from 07.12.2009 to 26.12.2009 between 11.00 AM and 04.00 PM on any working day. Tender shall be opened on 29.12.2009 at 03.30 P.M. Tender document can be obtained
/ submitted either in person or by post. The request for purchase of tender document by post, should
be superscripted on envelop as "Purchase of Tender", Tender Notice No. & Name of Work. The
request for purchase of tender document shall be submitted well in advance latest by 25.12.2009 up
to 15.00 Hrs to scrutinise the request for issue of tender document. Department shall not be
responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. The ratcs
shall be quoted inclusive of all taxes and surcharge thereon. Department will not issue form C/D
against the above tender. All tender with any condition including that of conditional rebate & with
request for issue of form C/D shall be rejected. Incomplete tenders shall be rejected and the
department shall entertain no claim in this respect.
