Sealed Tenders are invited on behalf of President of India by the Director(Tech) , Heavy Water Board from approved and eligible contractor for the work of Annual Comprehensive Maintenance and Servicing Contract of 116 Nos. of Window/Split airconditioners of Fedders Lloyd/LG/Blue Star/Carrier make (1.0 Tr.,1.5 Tr. and 2.0 Tr. Capacity) installed at Heavy Water Board (Central Office), V.S Bhavan, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai-400 094. The estimated cost of work is Rs.1,51,000/- & Earnest Money Deposited (EMD) is Rs 3020/- . The eligibility of prospective contractor for the purpose of issue of tender document will be decided on the basis of valid registration in appropriate class with CPWD, state PWD, MES, Railways, DAE, BARC etc and production of certificate indicating experience of success full completion of at least one similar work costing not less than Rs 1.21 lakh or two similar works costing not less than 0.76 lakh each or three similar works costing not less than 0.61 lakh each during the last five years. The contractor not having experience of executing similar work will not be issued tender document. Tender documents for the above work can be had from Pay & Accounts Officer, HWB ( Telephone No. 022 2548 7016/7009) on payment of Rs.500/- in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, HWB during working days from 6.10.2010 to 21.10.2010 between 10:00 hrs. to 16:00 hrs. The sealed tenders will be received till 1500 Hrs. on 22.10.2010 in the Tender Box. Kept at Heavy Water Board, Vikram Sarabhai Bhavan, 5th Floor, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai 400 094 and the Tenders will be opened on the same day at l530 Hrs. in the office of Chief Engineer (Electrical), HWB. All the sealed tenders should be super-scribed with name of the work and Tender No. Works contract tax, if any, to be mentioned in quotation.
