Name of the work	:	Operation and maintenance of Dry Fly Ash Collection, Segregation & Storage System Including Evacuation of Dry Fly Ash from silos and transportation for end use.
Earnest Money Deposit	:	Rs. 200000/- (Rs. Two lakhs)
Cost of the tender document	:	Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five hundred)
Period of work	:	5 years

Note: For any reason, the above dates happens to be holidays, the respective dates will be on the next working day.

1.	Eligibility conditions:
	a.	Past Experience in the handling of collection, transportation and delivery of dry fly ash collection system: The firm should have minimum 2 years experience in handling of the dry fly ash collection & transportation and submit certificates to this effect
	b.	Financial strength of the firm: Annual Turnover of the firm over past three years should be minimum Rs.50 lakh.
	c.	Qualifications & experience of key personnel: The qualified and experience personnel shall be available with the firm to carry out the assigned work in a safe manner. A proof to this effect is to be submitted by the bidders.
2.		Tender document can be obtained in person or by post at an extra cost of Rs.100/- from Pay and Accounts Officer, HWP(M) during the office hours on a written request on payment by cash/Demand Draft from State bank of Hyderabad/payable at HWPM branch drawn in favour of Pay and Accounts officer, HWP(M).
3.		Department is not responsible for non issue of tender document due to any postal delay. Earnest money deposit should be in the form of Demand Draft from State bank of Hyderabad/ payable at HWP(M). Cash, cheque and bank guarantee will not be accepted.
4.		When the contractor is submitting the outside work orders (from private parties / other than government), the party has to submit income tax assessment order form for the said work order and work completion certificate by the competent authority otherwise the work orders will not be considered for evaluation.

Solvency certificate, experience certificate, labor license, IT certificate, pan no., VAT/APGST registration of company certificates should be enclosed for issue of the tender document.
