Sealed tenders are invited by General Manager,HWP (Kota), Anushakti - 323 303 on behalf of the President of India up to 02.30 PM on 22/04/2009 for the work of "Item rate contract for fabrication, welding,erection of pipeline and miscellaneous welding jobs at HWPK site". Estimated cost Rs.11,28,600/-. Earnest money Rs.22,572/-. Tender Document can be had from Dy.Controller of Accounts, Heavy Water Plant (Kota), PO:Anushakti 323 303, Via: Kota (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) in cash or through demand draft (Rs.550/- including postal charges) drawn in favour of Dy.Controller of Accounts payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Rawatbhata branch code 10265 only, from 30/03/2009 to 20/04/2009 between 10.00 AM and 04.00 PM on any working day on submission of copy of PAN card and proof of 'Eligibility Criteria' for execution of 'Similar Works' as motioned below:
Eligibility Criteria: (i) Three similar works, each of value not less than Rs.2,22,720/- or Two similar works, each of value not less than Rs.4,51,440/- or one similar work of value not less than Rs.9,02,880/- in last 7 years ending on 31/03/2009 and
(ii) A well-established mechanical piping workshop with skilled manpower for fabrication, welding, erection, radiography, stress relieving and testing pipelines.
Similar Works means: Fabrication, welding & erection of CS & SS piping of 1/2" NB to 24" NB dia.
Tender shall be opened on 22/04/2009 at 03.30 PM. Tender document can be obtained / submitted either in person or by post. The request for purchase of tender document by post should be super scribed on envelope as "Purchase of Tender,Tender Notice No. & Name of Work". Department shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss and no claim in this regard shall be entertained. All the tenders with any condition including that of conditional rebate shall be rejected.
