Responsibilities of HWB (DAE) Officers
Sr. no Designation Responsibility
1. Officer-on-Special Duty
OSD is responsible for liaising & coordination with the management of M/s. RCF with offering guidance & technical support in safe, smooth and efficient operation of the plant and to look after the interest of the Department.
2. Sr. Manager Coordination (Maintenance)

SMC (M) is responsible for coordination & liaising with  Maintenance section of M/s RCF with offering guidance & technical support  in smooth and quality maintenance of the plant.

3. Sr. Manager Coordination (Operation)

SMC (O) is responsible for coordination & liaising with  Production section of M/s RCF with offering guidance & technical support in safe, smooth and efficient operation of the plant.

 

Responsibilities of HWP (RCF)-THAL Officers

Deputy General Manager (HWP/CGP)

  • Overall administrative & decisive control at plant level

  • Liasioning with top management

5.

Operations Manager

  • Overall plant level operational control at plant level

  • Co-ordination with all the departments

6.

Chief Engineer (Production)

  • Sustained running of the plant

  • Optimization of the process parameters to maximize production

  • Safety & Legal compliance of relevant legislations

  • Minimization of breakdowns

  • Co-ordination with all the departments

7.

Chief Engineer (Mechanical)

  • Sustained running of the plant

  • Preventive and predictive maintenance of all the machinery

  • Minimization of breakdowns of machinery

  • Co-ordination with all the departments

8.

Chief Engineer (Electrical)

  • Sustained running of the plant

  • Preventive and predictive maintenance of all the electrical equipments

  • Minimization of breakdowns of electrical equipments

  • Co-ordination with all the departments

9.

Chief Engineer (Instrumentation)

  • Sustained running of the plant

  • Preventive and predictive maintenance of all the instrumentation

  • Minimization of breakdowns of the instrumentation

  • Co-ordination with all the departments

10.

Manager Central Chemical Laboratory

  • Sustained running of the plant

  • Analysis of the parameters for optimization of the process parameters

  • Co-ordination with all the departments
